1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Areluno websites, applications, and related services, you agree to these Terms of Use and the related privacy notices that apply to your service.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into these terms. Areluno is not intended for children under 13. Users under the age of majority should use Areluno only with involvement of a parent, guardian, or other legally authorized adult, subject to applicable law.
3. Account security and accurate information
You are responsible for maintaining account credentials and for providing accurate, current information. Notify support@arelunohealth.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Permitted use
You may use Areluno for lawful health-information organization, communication support, and related account activities. You may not use Areluno in ways that violate law, rights of others, or these terms.
5. Prohibited conduct
- attempting unauthorized access or testing without permission
- sharing malicious content or interfering with service operation
- impersonation or deceptive submission of information
- using the service for unlawful surveillance, harassment, or abuse
- copying or reverse engineering except where allowed by law
6. Ownership and license
Areluno and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, and branding. Subject to these terms, Areluno grants a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the service for intended purposes.
7. User content
You retain rights to content you submit. You grant Areluno a limited license to host, process, secure, and transmit your content only as needed to provide and improve the service and to comply with law.
8. Health information and medical boundaries
Areluno is an information-management and communication-support tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and does not replace professional clinical judgment or emergency services.
9. Provider relationships, consent, and sharing
Provider access to patient information is based on patient-authorized access or another valid legal basis. Patients may reduce or revoke authorized access as allowed by the product and applicable law.
10. HIPAA and enterprise services
HIPAA applicability depends on the service and relationship involved. Consumer services and HIPAA-regulated enterprise services may have different terms, notices, controls, and retention rules.
Enterprise services involving protected health information may require separate agreements, including a Business Associate Agreement where legally required.
11. Service availability and third-party services
Areluno may update, suspend, or discontinue features. Areluno may rely on third-party infrastructure and service providers. Availability may be affected by systems outside Areluno's direct control.
12. Suspension, termination, and account deletion
Areluno may suspend or terminate access for violations, risk, or legal necessity. You may request deletion subject to retention limits needed for security, compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and enforcement.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent allowed by law. Areluno does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy, or specific medical, legal, insurance, disability, or treatment outcomes.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by applicable law, Areluno and its service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the service.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Areluno for losses arising from your unlawful use, rights violations, or material breach of these terms, to the extent allowed by law.
16. Governing law
These terms and any dispute related to these terms or the service are governed by applicable law.
17. Dispute resolution
Before initiating formal proceedings, users are encouraged to contact legal@arelunohealth.com so concerns may be reviewed and addressed in good faith. Additional dispute process terms may be added after legal review.
18. Changes to these terms
Areluno may revise these terms as services and obligations evolve. Material updates will be posted and, when appropriate, users will be notified.
