Patient account controls
Delete your Areluno account
Areluno patients can permanently delete their account from the patient app. You must be online, verify your current email-and-password account, type the required confirmation phrase, and approve the final deletion prompt.
Delete your account in the app
- Sign in to the Areluno patient app while connected to the internet.
- Open Profile, then find the Privacy section and choose Delete account.
- Review the deletion summary and enter your current password.
- Type DELETE exactly and confirm the final permanent-deletion prompt.
- Keep the app open while the required cleanup steps finish. If a step fails, follow the in-app retry guidance.
What the in-app deletion process removes
The current deletion workflow removes the account data managed by Areluno, including:
- the Firebase sign-in account and saved Areluno session;
- the patient profile, settings, drafts, synchronization records, and user-specific preferences;
- check-ins, medication records and dose history, journal entries, doctor questions, and appointments;
- Health Evidence records and evidence files stored for the account;
- provider relationships, consent grants, trusted report shares, and related backend account records;
- this account's managed offline records, pending uploads, report history, generated reports, exports, and evidence files on the device used for deletion.
