California medical privacy context

California law may provide additional protections for medical and health information maintained by certain health applications and services. Applicability can vary by service, relationship, and facts.

Areluno does not assume that all California privacy laws apply in exactly the same way to every user or service.

California privacy request options

Areluno provides the following request pathways whether or not every CCPA statutory threshold currently applies:

  • request access
  • request correction
  • request deletion
  • request information about disclosures where applicable
  • withdraw previously provided consent where applicable
  • submit complaints or concerns

Sale and sharing statements

Areluno does not currently sell personal information or personal health information.

Areluno does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

If Areluno later engages in conduct legally treated as sale or sharing, required opt-out controls will be provided.

Non-discrimination

Areluno does not discriminate against users for exercising privacy rights provided by law.
